By accessing or using SRE Readiness at sre-readiness.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Description of Service

SRE Readiness is a training platform that provides hands-on practice scenarios, skill track assessments, and confidence scoring for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practitioners. The platform is intended for professional development and educational purposes.

Account Registration

To access the full Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for:

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including scenario text, questions, feedback, skill track descriptions, and platform design — is owned by SRE Readiness and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

Your personal progress data (scores, streaks, completion history) belongs to you. You can request a copy or deletion of this data at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scenario content will produce specific career outcomes. SRE Readiness is a practice tool — results depend on individual effort and circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRE Readiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of career opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
